RETURNS & EXCHANGES.
Please kindly note that we do not hold stock of any of the frames listed on Etsy. All our frames are hand made-to-order once an order has been placed. For this reason, we are UNABLE to accept returns or exchanges on correctly supplied items, so please check you have read the item description in full and have ordered the correct size to fit your photos BEFORE placing an order.

DAMAGES.
All our frames are packed well in bubble wrap and triple wall boxes but sadly on very rare occasions they get damaged in transit. If your frame arrives damaged please report this to us via Etsy within 48 hours of receipt. To enable us to claim off our courier we will need photographic evidence of the damage. This includes photos of the damage, photos of the box, and a photo of the shipping label on the box. Once we receive photos of the damage, we will contact you and rectify this for you.
