The quality and communication on these patches was perfect. The issue I had was in shipping. Unknown to me, the patches were shipped (VERY quickly), and got stuck at customs with DHL. I had to pay an additional $20-some fee for import tax. Because these weren’t marked shipped, I was not expecting them, and assumed the DHL texts were a scam. This information would have been great to have before. Just so other s are aware when ordering patches from this shop. Everything else was phenomenal- service, communication, the end product is perfect. I will be ordering again, but now know that the items could get stuck at customs and an additional amount may be owed.
