Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are available. **Please do not ask for trademarked, copyrighted, or licensed items as I will not violate those laws. (Characters, sports teams, etc.) Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund.

Can I personalize an item?

Some items can be customized by color depending on the supplies I have in stock. Send me a message and I'll let you know if it is possible and any extra cost.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes. When multiple items are ordered they will be packaged together when possible.

How will my item be shipped?

I use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the size and weight of the package.

What is free shipping?

Orders that total over $35 will receive free USPS ground shipping or FedEx shipping depending on the size and weight of the package.

Wholesale availability

I do my best to offer a discount for wholesale, but my prices are already low for the amount of time I put into my items, so it is not as big of a discount that you would get from larger shops.

Do you offer refunds?

If the item arrives damaged I will offer a refund or ship out a replacement item (if available). Just send a message within 7 days of delivery with photos included of the damage and how you would like to proceed. No refunds for buyers remorse or misreading the listing.

Do you accept returns?

I will accept returns on items in original condition within 7 days of delivery. Send me a message letting me know to expect it. Once I receive it back I will refund the item price. I do not refund for shipping costs.

Came fast and looks great! Resembles the famous PA White Sasquatch that was on YouTube over ten years ago in a night time video with completely black eyes. Thanks again!
