Our files are designed to cut using 16-gauge steel with 45-amp Hypertherm fine cut consumables at book settings. While we do leave extra tolerance for a kerf width greater than fine cut, we don’t guarantee you can cut them in other materials, thicknesses, or using other consumables without having to resize.

Please note, all designs come with two dxf files. These are not different designs or revisions. They are alternate formats. Some machines will work with either, while other machines/software prefer specific DXF formats. If you have an issue, please try the included alternate dxf before assuming it's the file.
