Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to except returns or exchanges.
However, if there is a problem with your order please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, we will do our best to come to a resolution. Please include your order number and pictures of the issue with you order.
We do not issues refunds on orders that are marked delivered, but have not been received. USPS must be contacted to locate the package and/or a case filed.

Yes, we offers local pickup on all products, please message us prior to purchasing if you would like to pick up your order. We will create a custom listing for you to purchase

We offer a variety of different size edible images or you can create your own size. You have the option to send us your already made image or we can create one for you *(addition charges apply).
- When sending your image please make sure its high quality and not cropped, this can cause the final print to appear blurry or pixeled
- Processing time is 1-3 business days for ready print images and 3-5 business days for images we create. Please plan accordingly
- If you need your image by a certain date please message us prior to purchasing.

We offer a variety of custom sweet treat orders including Cake Pops, Cakesicles, Cookies, etc. If you order requires customization please message us to discuss the details prior to placing your order. - Holiday pre-orders are shipped out during the time frame listed.
- We can not guarantee delivery by a certain date. We ship orders based on the dates that are provided to us by USPS. These are estimated dates and are subject to change due to delays in mail, delivery, weather, etc. This is completely out of our control.
- If you require your order by a specific date, please choose USPS Priority Mail Express - this is the only shipping service that provide a guaranteed delivery date. Depending on your location USPS Priority Mail might offer the same estimated arrival date. However that is not a guarantee.
- We will not provide a refund for packages that are delivered late
