FABRICS. Do we accept fabric returns?

All fabrics are cut and prepared especially for you according to the quantity ordered. For this reason, we cannot accept fabric returns unless the fabric is faulty. If you are unsure about the colour, weight or texture, we recommend ordering fabric swatches before placing your order. We will be happy to refund the cost of the samples when you place your fabric order. Please contact us for details.

Wholesale availability

Our linen collections are designed by LinenMe and produced in our own workshop in Lithuania, built on more than 30 years of textile manufacturing experience. We offer wholesale to shops, interior designers and boutiques worldwide. Private-label manufacturing may also be available. Please contact us to discuss quantities, products and other requirements.

Where do our products ship from?

Our orders are dispatched from our production unit in Lithuania. Most linen products are made to order, while selected items are available and ready to ship. Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to import duties. For deliveries to the United States, applicable import duties and fees are included upfront in the price paid at checkout, and orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Buyers should therefore not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery. For other destinations outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are handled according to Etsy checkout and the destination country’s requirements.

Where should I return my order?

Approved returns must be sent to our production unit in Lithuania. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return address and help arrange the most suitable return method.

Where are LinenMe products designed and made?

Every LinenMe collection begins with an original design by Inga, our founder and interior and textile designer. Our linen products are made in our own workshop in Lithuania, drawing on more than 30 years of textile manufacturing experience and long-standing family traditions of flax growing, linen weaving and textile making. We use EUROPEAN FLAX® certified linen and design with longevity, responsible production and everyday use in mind. Our wool throws and scarves are produced separately by our specialist Lithuanian production partner, disclosed on the relevant listings.

Do you make custom sizes?

Many of our linen bedding items, cushion covers, curtains and selected garments can be made in custom sizes, depending on the design and fabric availability. Please contact us before ordering and provide the required measurements in centimetres or inches. Custom-sized and personalised items are made especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Custom sizing may not be available for every product, including some towel designs.

How can I choose the right linen colour?

Colour availability may vary between products and collections. The options shown in each listing reflect the colours currently offered for that item. If a colour is not listed, please contact us before ordering to check availability. Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting. For the most accurate choice, we recommend ordering fabric swatches, especially when coordinating several products or planning a larger order.

How do I choose the right linen fabric or weight?

Our linen fabrics are available in different weaves, weights and finishes, each suited to different uses. Please tell us what you plan to make, and we will be happy to recommend the most suitable option. Fabric width, weight and shrinkage information is provided in the relevant listing. We recommend ordering swatches before purchasing a larger quantity.
