If you receive your bandana and decide you want a different size, I offer a 25% discount on the purchase of a new bandana. The 75% we keep pays for the time and supply costs spent making the first bandana. As stated above, we charge for resizing if the original size you provided was incorrect. If we made an error in sizing (e.g. you ordered a small and we sent a different size) we will resize for free and send you a new bandana free of charge.
