Postage within the UK is £3.95 flat rate, each item added after that is free. (Unless it is a large wholesale order). For postage rates outside of the UK a small fee is added to each item after the (initial relevant country postage cost) to cover the weight of the package.

I deliver my parcels within 3 working days of receiving payment. I will post custom request orders as soon as I have received payment in full for the item / items.

I deliver Royal Mail when parcels are under 1kg, when they go over 1kg I use Hermes courier service (If the order is within the UK). I receive proof of postage for each delivery in case of lost parcels. This is so that Royal mail can give compensation for lost goods.

If you would like to have your parcel tracked. Please contact me and I will invoice you for the extra cost. This particularly applies to buyers outside of the UK. I would recommend it for larger orders and overseas orders. I cannot be responsible for lost overseas deliveries.

Buyers outside the UK are responsible for paying any duty tax or custom fees, or any other taxes imposed by the destination country.

My packaging materials are always eco friendly and are fully compostable.
I do not use plastic in any of my packaging.
