★ HOW TO ORDER:
Click on Add to cart, on the right side of your screen. You will be prompted to select colors for the ornament and the monogram (colors pictured under the main picture of the listing).

You should see a box at checkout: "Add an optional note to seller". Please enter a note in that box to specify which monogram should appear on your ornament. Traditionally, for a 3 initial monogram, the order is: First name initial, Last name initial, Middle name initial. Make sure that the initials are in the exact order you want them to appear on your cup. Because this item is entirely personalized, I will not be able to issue a refund, or send a replacement.

Ordered an initaial ornament, waited 3 weeks for it and received a sheet of contact paper with polka dots on it. I did not receive what I ordered at all!
