WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

I'm so glad you're excited to receive your order! I am the only person running my Etsy Shop so items are made to order. Based on volume of sales I am currently making and shipping pieces within 2-3 working days. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. Domestic packages are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked. Signed or Expedited delivery services are offered but will incur additional cost. Please note that I do not ship to the EU.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY WRIST- ITS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO

Please remember to measure your wrist! To get your correct size, follow the steps below: STEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurements or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet. STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size. STEP 3: To find your bracelet size, just add your wrist size with the appropriate measurements below. Snug Fit Add 1/4" to 1/2" Comfort to Loose Fit Add 1/2" to 3/4" So if you are a size 7 inches and want a comfortable fit you should order a size 7.5.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS

I would be so happy to do a custom order and create something totally unique for you. In most cases you will receive photos of your bracelet for you to approve before I ship it then I can make any changes as requested. There is a lot of work involved in custom designs and due to issues with people not following through with their purchase after I have already spent time working on their request, I will need a solid commitment (purchase) before I begin working on any custom orders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BRACELET BREAKS?

I use strong materials to make the bracelets, however, accidents happen. Please let me know if you experience a break soon after your bracelet arrives. I want you to enjoy your purchase for a very long time. I will not usually charge for a restring - just the shipping charges. Please note that the bracelets do not carry a lifetime guarantee. Normal wear and tear over time is not covered for complimentary restringing but please contact me and we can discuss it.

WHAT IF I DONT LIKE THE WAY MY BRACELET FITS?

I want your bracelet to be perfect so if you receive it and you don't like how it fits I offer complimentary re-sizing - this also applies when the bracelet is sent as a gift. All you need to do is send a message letting me know that you would like your bracelet to be adjusted. Then mail your bracelet back to me with a note. Once I have received it I will adjust it and mail it back to you. Please message me if you have any other questions about re-sizing but again, please measure your wrist before ordering.

I offer returns, replacements or refunds. I do not offer complimentary bracelets if you order the wrong size. If you have ordered the incorrect size you will need to return it before I can make a new one. In all cases the item will need to be returned before a refund can be issued even if it is broken. Last minute cancellations will be considered if, however, the items have not been made yet.

The USA recently announced that from the 29th August 2025 all shipments to the US are subject to tariffs. All orders are sent tracked and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) which aims to take 5-10 business days after posting. The postage price charged on all orders includes tariffs which are pre-paid, so that you will not need to pay any other duties for delivery. Please note there may be delays at customs during this period.

Your Bracelet will be made with strong stretch cord, positive intentions, cleansed with sage and charged prior to packaging. It will be sent with instructions on how to care for it at home and a detailed description of each stone and their properties.

All of the stones and crystals I use in my bracelets are natural and are produced by Mother Nature. The Earth is constantly changing and so do the crystals and gemstones that grow within it. No two stones are alike, that is what makes them so unique. The size, colour and patterns of the beads will vary from piece to piece but these variations will not comprise the energy, quality and beauty of your bracelet.
