Fits chests 34″-54″ and waists 28″-50″. All sizes are included in one digital download. Also included are assembly instructions, embellishment suggestions, and the extensive historical notes you’ve come to expect from Reconstructing History.

I dunno how to make this thing yet, probably not a good first time clothing making project, but as far as I can tell it seems to be what I paid for

It's definitely a big project for a beginner, Michael. But if you take your time and follow all the instructions carefully, you can have much success. My advice is to test every bit out with scrap fabric before cutting into your good material. Some of the construction is unlike anything else, so it would help to practice with scrap.
