If your order is being sent as a gift, I’m happy to gift wrap your items and include your personal note to the recipient. Special gift receipts (i.e ones that don’t disclose prices) are also available. Feel free to select these options at checkout.

For refunds or exchanges, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your purchase. I will refund your money less shipping costs upon return of the item in its original, unused condition. Sorry, custom orders and digital downloads are final due to the personalized nature of the work.

In the rare case that an item arrives cracked or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and I will arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

Unless noted otherwise, all items ship within 1-2 days of purchase; most items are on their way to you within 24 hours. Tracking numbers are included with each order.

If there is special urgency or a deadline for when you need an order to arrive, please send me a note when you checkout. I understand birthdays and holidays can approach quickly. I'm happy to offer expedited shipping for rush orders; upgrade options are available at checkout.

Your package will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight or upgrade preference. Most packages arrive within 1-4 days of shipment.

I am happy to ship internationally and most orders are received in a smooth and timely manner. (Generally 2-5 weeks with standard shipping depending on location.) There are also several expedited shipping options available at checkout, such as Priority International (estimated delivery in 7-14 business days) or Express International (estimated delivery in 3-7 business days.) All orders include a tracking number.

Please note that estimated delivery dates on expedited shipping are no longer guaranteed due to covid-19.

Please be aware that delays can occur when passing through international customs. Buyers may also be charged additional customs fees or taxes based on the policies of the receiving country.

I do my best to seek out environmentally friendly supplies. Making pysanky is a meditative activity with deep connections to the natural world. It's important to me that my tools and supplies reflect this care for the earth.

Most packaging that I use is recycled and biodegradable. If I use other items (such as those little plastic “air cushions” commonly found in Amazon orders), know that they have been cleanly re-purposed and carefully considered to reduce environmental waste.

For the last 15 years, my studio has used electricity sourced from wind and solar power. I'm grateful to offer what I can in service to the well being of our planet and future generations.
