Are your watercolor portraits traditionally hand painted?

Our watercolor portraits are not traditionally hand painted on paper. They are hand painted on a drawing tablet and printed on poster paper, wrapped canvas, or framed canvas.

What is your turnaround?

The 1st proof is usually ready in 3-5 business days (or 7-10 business days during holiday seasons). The processing time till the final product might take longer if revisions are needed. - Digital Download Option: After the proof approval, an artwork's digital file with high quality will be sent to you via email. - Print Option (Poster, Canvas, Canvas Frame): After the proof approval, please allow 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to print the artwork. Can you work with the old photographs?

Absolutely!! Some notes when taking pictures of the old photographs: - Take the photographs out of the frames if possible in order to avoid the reflection on the glass. - Take pictures of the photographs under natural daylight in order to capture the accurate colors of the photos. - Face the camera parallel to the photos in order to capture the right angle of people in the photos. - Avoid any glares on the pictures as much as possible.

How does this process work?

Upon your purchasing, you can submit your photos on our website www.mayy.support or email photos to support@CustomMayyArts.com, your proof will be ready in 3-7 days. If you choose Proof Rush, please expect your proof in 1-2 business days. After proof approval, the final digital file will be sent via email if order Digital Download, or it'll be sent to our print provider if order physical prints, processing time for printing is 4-10 business days. Then it'll be shipped out and shipping usually takes 5-10 business days for Free Standard Shipping, or 2-3 business days for Paid Expedited Shipping (U.S. only).

Do you accept return & refund?

All sales are final. No return & no refund on custom merchandise. If they arrive damaged or defective, we will send a replacement.

I haven't received my shipment?

Please be aware that if there are any unexpected delays or issues from the carriers that is out of our control, your local post office is the best resource for the shipment information. If the tracking shows In Transit and stops updating for more than 15 days, we'll consider the shipment as lost and start the replacement process. Also be aware that it is customer's responsibility to pay for the reshipping cost & processing fee from the print provider aka the sender if your package is returned to the sender for any reason. Please provide a safe and valid shipping address upon checkout.

My tracking says my shipment has been delivered but I haven’t received it?

We kindly ask you to check with your family and your neighbors and see if they might have received the parcel on your behalf. Also check with the local post office as they are responsible for the final delivery and can provide further information about GPS coordinates of the delivery scan. If the package still cannot be located, it may have been stolen, we can handle the theft report with the carrier, but we will need a copy of a police report from your local department. Upon receipt of that, we can get a new one sent out. No refund is accepted on custom merchandise.
