Shipment not delivered

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to place an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

If your items didn't arrive within 60 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through my country Post. Once this completed, they contact your country Post and will both conduct an investigation in an attempt to locate your package. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.

Vintage goods and farmhouse decors in my store are very old or vintage, or made of old materials and are sold in the "as is" condition. Please look at all the photos carefully - they are part of the description. For the most part, they are sold as decorations, but if any of these things work, that's great! Refunds, Exchanges, Cancelations

If you are not happy with your order. - Contact me within 14 days after you received your order. - Send it back (sent out within 14 days of receiving the item) to me with Registered mail (with tracking number). I will refund your money when I'll receive the item -the item is not used and not damaged. - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Really love the rug! Color is true to photo! It’s already been washed. The color is still great. The binding shrunk a bit on the wool wash at 30°C. I think next time I will try to stretch it a little more after the wash. But it still lays nice regardless and I still love it.
