Hakko Iron ~ Variable temperature settings on the iron itself. No rheostat needed.
Iron Rest ~ with sponge.
1/2 lb. 60/40 ~ I use this type for every glass project.
Flux ~ Brush onto foiled glass & solder. Not all flux is created equal, I like Nokorode brand.
Foil Copper ~ 7/32", 6 yds./18ft. Sticks to glass edges & holds together when soldered.
Glass Cutter ~ Palm Grip with carbide wheel. Never run your cutter over a previous score line & it will last you a long time.
Breaking Pliers ~Helps to nibble away excess glass with a firm snap on the score line.
Running Pliers ~ Line up to your score & a gentle squeeze to snap longer pieces. Less stress on your hands with this tool.
Glass ~ I hand pick easy to cut glass. Pretty color selection, 9 total glass sheets 5"× 4"+- approx.

Everything was as described and packaged perfectly. I loved the personal touches such as the pretty wrapping paper and handwritten notes. My only concern is the templates included were too difficult for me as I'm a beginner. I think beginners should start with straight lines instead of curves and the templates were all very curvy. The instruction book does have some ideas with straight lines though. I tried to find her videos since I'm a visual person but couldn't find any.

The 3 suncatcher patterns included in the kits has an easy heart with straight lines & 2 half circles. The dove has gentle curves, the fleur de Lis is harder with inside curves.
