“Sandals are lovely! The leather is soft and supple and not hard and unyielding like a lot of shoes are. Buckles are of a much inferior quality than the rest of the shoe and feel like they might bend or snap in future. I have very picky feet though so after 2 short wear sessions and a little stretching out, I decided these just wouldn't work for me. I bought these partly because the company stated they do returns. If items have signs of wear your refund will not be returned in full. And I was fine with this. It's fair. I sent clear, good photos of the shoes to the shop so as to be transparent before returning them (the soles didn't even have wear or dirt on them yet) but was told they couldn't tell if the shoes were nice enough still and I had to keep them. So be aware that they do not accept returns despite stating they do.”
