Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production. You are welcome to message us if you have questions about personalization before placing your order.

Because of the personalized nature of our gifts, we are not able to accept returns on personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Also, all reports of damage or defects must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Custom and personalized orders

We want your personalized item to be something you’re proud to give or display! However, PersonalizationMall.com may refuse to reproduce any content we consider inappropriate or prohibited. This includes text, images, or photos that: 1. Are abusive, offensive, obscene, or otherwise unsuitable; 2. Use copyrighted material without permission; 3. Violate someone else’s rights; 4. Promote illegal activity; 5. Could harm anyone, including minors; or 6. Contain or link to any of the above. We’ll always do our best to let you know if there’s an issue with your order so you can make changes and keep your order moving forward.

Photo Upload Instructions

After placing your order for a photo item, you’ll receive a link within 24 hours to upload your image and preview your design. For best results, please upload a high-quality JPEG file (maximum 20 MB; recommended size: 2000 px, 300 dpi). Mobile devices may have limited resizing options. You can convert files to JPEG using a free tool like https://convertio.co/ . Once you confirm your order within the link, no further adjustments to the photo can be made, as our system does not support image resizing.
