Compared to other similar items on the market (made of the same 925 silver), NASCHENKA’s pieces are not mass-produced. Our items are made using traditional Korean techniques. For each piece, a 925 sterling silver plate is cut, hammered, and rolled by hand. Due to this meticulous practice, the labor and production cost is different as well.

• For rings: please do not size up. Regardless of the thick band or double ring designs, we recommend that you order your regular ring size.

Return Policy or Cancel Policy
• Paypal fees paid at the time of initial payment are non-refundable.
• Return is possible only if a product different from the order has been received. Because of the nature of handmade, there may be some defects
• We have no return label, you need to return by yourself, only defective items qualify for return (no exchange).
• Please contact us before returning your product. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• The item must be returned in its unused, original state.
• Payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days after receipt of the item.
• If you return a non-defective item, the shipping cost, rush order cost, labor cost, and transaction fee will be subtracted from the original payment.

925 Sterling Silver
• At NASCHENKA we almost always use 925 sterling silver (with the exception of modern design pieces for which we use gold). Most of our vintage antique pieces are made with 925 sterling silver. It is not plated.
We recommend wearing 925 sterling silver jewelry frequently. When 925 silver is not worn, discoloration is inevitable as it becomes oxidized with the air. When it is not worn, please store it in a plastic zipper bag. In case of discoloration, we recommend you wipe it with a dry cloth. Do not use chemical cleaning products. The color will improve as soon as you wear it.
There are several physical benefits of wearing 925 sterling silver. It has been used since ancient times in Korea.
Gold-plated products do not return to their original color after discoloration and need to be re-plated. If you do not like gold-plating for your product, please leave a note when placing your order or contact us with any questions or requests.

For handmade silver work, Glued work is carried out for stable gemstone protection. Gold products without gemstones are recommended for those who are sensitive to Glued works.
