Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we have no control of the shipping carrier. Please purchase expedited or express shipping services to ensure you receive by the date you need your item.

Will my gemstone be exactly as pictured?

Each gemstone we cut is unique and as such can have slight variations in shade or hue. Our computers are color calibrated so the colors are correct; however, we do not know what you are seeing on your computer, if yours is not color calibrated.

I thought the item was much larger than it is?

All jewelry pictured online is enlarged at least 20 times, in order to show detail. Please note millimeter sizes. Use a MM to inches online conversion calculator to help you convert to inches.
