HORRIBLE. wouldn’t recommend anyone. Arrived much later then stated (I got ready to ship rug because I couldn’t wait much). But what is worst is when it arrived- it was completely different. I got 2 rugs from them, both HORRIBLE quality and completely different then what I had ordered, in pattern AND in size, and i don’t mean a few centimeters here and there, I mean a meter of difference.

We absolutely love our beautiful rug. It is just as pictured and the colors are even more lovely in person. But more than just a the rug itself, I have to say what a pleasure Aicha was to work with. There was a slight mix-up with our order, and Aicha was immediately on top of the situation and extremely quick to find a solution. I cannot imagine a better and more responsive, reliable seller to work with. We love our new rug and you can trust Aicha to ensure your order is all you hoped for! If we are looking to add to our collection in the future, we will be returning to Aicha's shop!
