1) ORDERED WRONG PRINT SIZE/ ITEM SIZE:

1a) If when you make your order and contact us before the item has been dispatched or before you are contacted that the printing has begun. We will help change the print size.

1b) If you order a print and the print has been dispatched "pre transit" / "Delivered", it will be too late to make changes or exchange for a different size. We offer A5, A4, A3, A2 prints, it is the Customers responsibility to understand these sizes are all different, please search online so you understand the particular prints cm/inch before making an order. If you make a mistake in the personalisation/ customisation of a print/ item, and contact us before the item has been printed and or dispatched - we will be able to step in and help. However, if a print has been printed and or dispatched, and you realise you've made a mistake on the wording / or would like changes to the wording, it will be to late. Please carefully check your chosen words before clicking "order". We don't want our customers to be disappointed, we may if financially possible step in and help on some circumstances but we cannot guarantee this.


2) CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If the item has been dispatched we reserve the right not to accept cancellations. This is due to the payment for postage has already been taken from us by the delivery company. (ie: if you order an item and it has been dispatched "pre transit" the cancellation may not take place)

Customers expect quick delivery and speedy processing.

3) MISTAKEN ORDER

We Festival Merch reserve the right to reject mistaken orders, this is due to our customers expecting quick dispatch. This also relates to the fact that many of our products are made custom by us. When an order is placed and the payment recieved, we create -> package -> dispatch as soon as possible.

Please, be very careful in ordering online. We're a small business and cannot be held responsible for mistaken orders. We will do anything to help where possible.
