What If My Order Gets Damaged In Shipping?

Please make sure to send a photo of the damaged item and contact me within 3 days of delivery. On any order over $100.00 I use a 3rd party insurance provided by Etsy. This insurance requires the signing of an affidavit by the buyer and photos of the damage to file the claim. If you are unwilling to comply with the insurance co. policy your refund will be forfeited.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped the day they are received in some rare cases it may be several days. Orders placed late Friday and on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. On some rare occasions I will ship the following Tuesday.

Vintage and Prevously Used Merchandise

All items in my shop have been previously owned. Some are still like new and some not so much. I do my best to identify any flaws or wear so that you can make a proper decision to purchase.
