Jewelry caring is a very important part once you use them on a regular basis. We advise you to do the following things to keep them lasts longer: Keep your jewelry away from water, chemicals ,HairSpray ,Perfume. Avoid wearing Jewelry while cooking, gymming, as sweat will change the colour of the Jewelry. Store jewelries separately in small Ziplock pouches as different kind of metal reacts together Do not store in cotton filled boxes/velvet boxes. This will retain moisture and will tarnish the items. Always put on your jewellery last when dressing. It should be done after the use of makeup, cosmetics, perfume For long lasting shine, after every use, wipe the jewelry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues or wash your jewelry.

Can I Change my address once the items are shipped out?

No, You cannot change the address once the item is shipped out, as Etsy doesn't have its own shipping facility, We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel that occurs due to a wrong address. Every shipping parcel has a tracking detail. You can call your post-office and have returned. However, before shipping is done you can change the address by calling or sending us a direct message on Etsy.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes, can ship to almost anywhere and everywhere around the globe. The shipment is within 2-3 days of purchase. The arrival time depends on the location. We offer paid express shipping which takes 5-7 working days time to reach your doorstep. We are not liable to pay any taxes or duties or any charges imposed by the buyer's country. If there is an issue with your item please contact me on the **SAME DAY** you receive it. You can ship back the item within 3 days of receiving it but no later than the 3 day period. **Please note: Returns won’t be accepted for size and weight reasons. We generally do not encourage any EXCHANGE as we try to give as much details as possible for each jewelry. But if the customer still wants to EXCHANGE /RETURN the item, product has to be shipped in original condition and buyer has to pay for the return shipping. If the order was eligible for Free Shipping, shipping cost will be deducted from the amount of Exchange . Items should be shipped back within 3 days OF RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT. There will be a 20% restocking fee on the value of items returned if the Shipment was delayed more then 3 days. If he item is shipped 10 days later from receiving the item refund wont be issued.
