Custom and personalized orders

I do take commissions and personalized orders. While I do need to be allowed a certain amount of artistic freedom for certain items, there must also be excellent communication with the buyer to ensure I am making it to their liking. If there is trouble communicating, slow response times etc. The order will be canceled. I also require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on custom items, this helps to cover any material costs as well as the time to make the item. Processing time will vary by project. Some could take a day or two others could take weeks. Cost will be based on what the project entails and agreed upon before work begins.

What if an item arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, Please notify me within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damages. As a general rule, I do not give refunds for damages and will not even consider it if it past the 48 hours. You will need to file a damaged package claim through USPS either online or by requesting a form. You will need photos of any damages, the shipping container, all labels on the box and your receipt. DO NOT THROW AWAY DAMAGED ITEMS! You must comply with any additional instructions USPS provides. If a claim is denied, you will have to file an appeal. If you need help filing your claim, please do not hesitate to ask and I will help any way I can.

Please be aware that all of my vintage items are of unknown providence, material, and metal content. I advise that antique metal and/or painted plates, dishes, containers, etc. be used for decoration only. Please be aware that some plastics are highly flammable, and that vintage plastics should be kept away from heat sources. Please read any warning labels and do research before use of an item. All vintage items are in used condition and may have signs of wear and use, please see item description for details. All vintage items are described to the best of my ability. I am not an expert in any field. Unless otherwise stated, please assume the item is not meant for children.

Delays, Missing, or stolen packages

I am in no way affiliated with USPS and have zero control over when or how your package is delivered. Once an item is dropped off at the post office, it is out of my hands. A package is not considered lost until after 30 days of no movement. If your order is marked delivered, but has not arrived: 1. Wait 24 hours, sometimes they arrive the next day. 2. Check with your neighbors 3. Contact your local P.O., for more detailed tracking 4. Contact your local authorities to file a police report for stolen mail, then your local P.O. to file a claim I do not give refunds for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If the tracking # says “In transit” or shows no movement for 5+ days, I can file a missing package claim to get it moving again.

Returned to sender/wrong address entered at checkout

Any items that are left undelivered and returned to me for ANY reason are eligible for a refund, less the shipping cost, as long as they are not damaged. Any items that are returned damaged are not eligible for a refund of any kind. It is the buyers responsibility to double check the address they have entered. If Etsy has an issue with how the address is entered I will shorten the name/street address etc as needed. If it is something more, I will contact the buyer. They will have 24 hours to respond or the order will be cancelled. If a buyer realizes after purchase that they have the wrong address on file, they will need to message me to cancel the order, then reorder and enter the correct shipping address

Orders of $35+ qualify for free shipping with in the United States. Additionally a few of my other listings are also set up for free shipping. Any orders that qualify will ship for free via USPS Ground Advantage with a 5-7 day shipping estimate. If you would like to upgrade to Priority mail (3-5 day estimate) or Priority Express (1-3 day estimate), you may do so for an additional charge.

For this listing, you will receive vintage doll parts picked at random from my parts box. These parts are great for Assemblage/mixed media/altered art dolls, diy halloween decorations, sculptures and more!

**Heads per mystery lot can vary based on what I have available.** I try to include at least 2 heads/10 parts, 4 heads/ 20 parts and 6 heads/30 parts. But there is NO guarantee. If you'd like more heads, please message me prior to ordering. Each additional head will be an extra $6.

Below are details about the kinds of parts you MIGHT receive for these lots.

Parts- arms, legs, bodies/torsos, heads, heads with out eyes, bodies/torsos with some limbs

Sizes- Heads are approx 2-6", arms are approx 3-8", legs 3-12", and torsos approx 5-10"

Materials- porcelain/bisque, plastic, celluloid, vinyl, rubber and occasionally a composition piece - You may receive a mix or you may get all bisque!

Hair- some dolls will have it, some wont. Some will have wig adhesive on the head, this is up to the buyer to remove. Generally a 20 minute soak in hot water and a little elbow grease will take the adhesive off :)

PLEASE NOTE: NO SPECIFIC PART OR MATERIAL IS GUARANTEED!!!!!! These are a mystery lot. While I do try provide a variety of pieces, it all depends on what I have in stock. PHOTOS ARE JUST AN EXAMPLE.
