All of our Chalkboards are made and shipped from Riga, Latvia (European Union) with TNT & FedEx, and will be delivered to your door. So, please add your phone number in notes by ordering, so courier could reach you when the package will be ready to deliver (we will also need your phone number to create a delivery label). We offer tracking for all of our shipments, tracking number can be found on your Shipping Notification.

Please note that Shipping times are just estimations given by the shipping company and do not include the time used for Customs procedures on the country of destination. That means that sometimes it may take longer (or shorter) depending on where you live.

Please note that we're not covering any custom & import taxes, so if you're located outside EU, please be sure about any additional custom taxes that may apply so there wouldn't be bad surprises.

As we're a small company, we're keeping a small stock, but if we dont have it, we're making them as fast as we can, keeping the same best quality. We really would love to hear that you love our item, as it's made with all our heart, but please be sure before purchasing, as unless an item arrives damaged, we're not accepting returns in case you change your mind.
