The shipping process is insured. Check the cargo as soon as it is delivered. If there is any damage, a report should be created with the officer. If the damage is noticed later, the cargo company does not cover it. If you encounter such a situation, write me a private message. I can find a solution depending on the situation. As a last resort I will take a refund and send you a new one.

We use an eco-friendly (low VOC) water-based polyurethane (matte or glossy) coating applied by hand on all our tables in several coats. Optional Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2C.
It helps protect the wood from damage and makes it durable for daily use. It is non-toxic, water resistant and easily cleaned if necessary with a slightly damp cloth or mild soap and water.

Clean up spills as usual. Place mats, mats or coasters are recommended as needed to help maintain the longevity of the finish. Avoid harsh chemicals or household cleaners that can damage the finish. Please contact us for more information.

Please note: Solid wood furniture responds to changes in temperature and humidity by expanding or contracting. This movement may cause damage such as small cracks, splits or gaps. It’s often an uncontrollable, natural characteristic of solid wood. Direct sun exposure can also alter the appearance of wood over time.

Tips for Long-term Care:
The use of humidifier/de-humidifier may help balance the humidity level in your home depending on time of year/your location. Humidity levels of 35-45% are ideal for your wood furniture. Keep in mind, sudden changes in the humidity level can affect your wood furniture. Check hardware connections periodically. Avoid placing your solid wood furniture near heat vents or other heat
