How and when can I download the files?

Your purchased files will be available for download as soon as the payment is processed. You must use a computer to download the images, as the Etsy app does not have a download option. If you have an Etsy account, you can access the files by logging in. Click on You, go to Purchases and reviews, and you’ll be taken to a page with all your available downloads. You can then download your files. You will also be emailed a link and can download the images through that. If you check out as a guest, you’ll receive an email with download links via whichever email you entered when paying. If you don’t receive see an email from Etsy in your inbox, check your Junk/Spam folder.

Where can I get the images printed?

You can print them using your printer at home, take the files to a store such as Target, Staples, Walmart, or a local printer, or upload the files to an online printing service such as Snapfish, Shutterfly, Printful, or Printify.

How do I resize an image for printing after I've downloaded it?

The files can be resized larger or smaller according to your needs in image cropping software such as Photoshop, GIMP, Paint.NET, or Pixlr.

What if I don't have access to cropping software?

If you do not have access to a photo editing program or do not wish to resize the images yourself, contact me and I will happily provide you with the specific image size(s) you need.

Can I get a different size or color print than what is listed?

If you would like a different size print than the crop ratios I have listed, contact me and I can set up a listing for you with the size(s) you need. I can convert all colored prints into black and white. However, while I have a colored version of most of my black and white prints, not all are able to be converted into color. But do feel free to ask!

What if I don't want all the prints in a set, but only certain ones?

Contact me with the specific prints you would like and I will gladly set up a listing for you.

Need help choosing a finish? A matte finish has the paper’s natural texture with little to no light reflection. A luster finish is smoother than matte with more light reflection and color saturation. Both finishes are fingerprint resistant.
