Customize and personalized orders can not be returned as they cannot be resold. We also cannot accept exchanges of Seasonal items, Halloween Costumes, Holiday items, or sale and discounted items. Once items have been used, worn, or altered we cannot accept items back. Please contact shop if you have any questions.

FOR OUR HATS: Hand wash in cold water. Reshape and lay flat to dry. FOR RUGS: Dry clean faux fur - Spot wash only - air dry. Fluff fur with a brush to keep it dusted. FOR OUR MINKY BLANKETS: Hand wash with cold water We suggest laying flat to dry. Fluff fur with a brush.

Please contact shop for availability Feathered Romper Sizing: Due to the nature of the natural feathers used, there will be some shedding. Feathers are hand stitched onto rompers. This process will restrict the stretch of the romper itself. When ordering romper sizes please be aware that you may need to size up.

When Can I Expect My Order to Arrive?

Each listing/item has its own processing time frame. This is the time that we need to make and produce your item. These processing times vary among individual items. Please check each listing for an approximate processing time. SHIPPING TIME: The shipping time is the amount of time it takes in the post. This can vary depending on the Zone or Country that you live in. USA Customers: Shipping can take 3-5 business days AFTER/ADDED to the production time. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipping can take 3-6 weeks AFTER/ADDED to the production time. Delays can occur at customs and for weather. We are shipping our Faux Head cow and buffalo mounts out of California, as the final horn assembler has temporarily located there.

Due to the nature of Halloween Costumes, we cannot accept returns on these items. We can accept exchanges for the following reasons: SIZING: If you have an issue with your costume BEFORE HALLOWEEN please contact the shop. We will gladly exchange sizing if the item has not been worn, altered or used previously. Contacting us on Halloween is too late for us to make exchanges. We must be contacted of exchanges within 3 business days of receipt. We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or used for photo sessions. We cannot accept exchanges or returns for hygienic reasons. Please contact shop for more information.
