Do you love a design in our shop, but wish it was a different color, on a different item, or another customization?

Please message us with your ideas for availability and pricing! Because all of our items are made to order, they are usually able to be customized to your preferences. We love working with you to find the perfect items!

Please note that most items in our shop are made to be inclusive for everyone and are unisex sizing -- meaning they are not women’s fitted items. If you’re going for a more fitted look, we suggest sizing down. Make sure to review the size charts for each item!

Do you offer expedited or express shipping?

At this time, unfortunately, we do not. Each of our items are made to order individually for each customer and we have a processing and printing time of up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipped notification with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order goes out. We are working to get all items out as quickly as possible!

Corrections and cancellations

If you need to cancel your order or change the shipping address, message us within 1 hour of placing your order. Please review everything carefully, including the size and shipping address before submitting your order. Orders with incorrect information provided at the time of purchase, including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses cannot be refunded once shipped. We cannot track / cancel / refund / replace orders submitted with an incorrect address.

My package says that it is in "pre-transit"

Some packages have been staying in a "pre-transit" mode for longer than typical times after shipping, sometimes up to 7 full business days. If there are no updates in the tracking after 7 business days, please contact us.

My package was stolen

We cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been delivered. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for theft of delivered packages. Please contact your local post office for additional information.

My package was lost in transit

If your package was not delivered and lost in transit, please contact us.

I've received my order and there's a problem....

While we hope this won't happen, if it does please contact us! We will work our best to make things right.

Why does the color look different?

Our goal is to represent the color of our items as accurately as possible, but due to differences in screens and displays the color you see on your screen may not be an exact match to the actual item. Screen images are intended as a guide only, by placing an order you are acknowledging that there may be a slight difference and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color.

Why type of ink do you use?

All inks used are eco-friendly and water-based.
