How do I find my ring size?

The most reliable way is by visiting a jewelry store and letting them professionally measure your ring size. If not possible, you can order free ring sizer from our website to measure by yourself at home. For international buyers, if you know your ring size in other units, message us and we'll provide you with a conversion chart. All of our rings are made according to the U.S. jewelry standard sizes. Feel free to contact us for further information and resizing options.

Certificates and Packaging

All of our diamonds and materials are natural and ethically sourced through the Kimberly process. A certificate of authentication is available upon request, just message us and we'll send it over.

Shipping / Does my order include tracking?

For US and Canada the shipment time is typically 3 to 5 business days. For international orders it is 5 to 7 days. Keep in mind that these are the estimated shipping times and production time is not included. Expedited shipment is available as add-on. Whether you need overnight delivery or weekend delivery, message us and we'll do our utmost to make it happen. Upon shipment we provide you with the tracking number which will let you check the status of the shipment. If you think an item is lost or it takes way longer than the estimated time please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid residential address is required for all deliveries to ensure secure and timely shipping.

At the moment, we are solely selling online. You can reach us through email or through our website's chatbot for your further questions. You can request virtual appointment from our website to see our products before the purchase as well. You can reach us simply through Etsy's chat widget. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. Contact us for a shipping label. The item will be inspected upon arrival to ensure that it is in its original purchase condition. All the paperwork, certification, and box should be included. Please make sure to keep the black tag intact. If the black tag is removed, the item will be considered used, and it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that each item can be exchanged one time only, and exchanged items are not eligible for return. Engraved rings will be subject to a $40 engraving removal fee. Returns outside the US incur a $70 fee.

What can I do about scratches?

All of our items are gold and not scratch resistant. But we use die-struck process in our production which makes our items thirty percent denser. It is stronger than cast jewelry yet how much scratch there will be depends on your lifestyle. You should avoid chemicals, harsh physical activities. But don't worry you can always get our refinishing service with additional costs. Please message us for the refinishing service.

Jewelry Care / Warranty

You should specially take care of your jewelry to prolong its life. Avoid its exposure to any strong chemicals, perfumes, moisturisers etc. Besides, we strongly recommend to remove it before going to bed or before participating any physical activity. Store your jewelry in its original box away from humid conditions. Make sure that different pieces of jewelry do not rub against each other. For cleaning, you can gently wipe it with a soft cloth once a month. Our lifetime warranty includes all of the repairs due to production of the items but accidents do happen no matter how careful you are. In case of such accidents we offer repair service with additional cost. Message us through Etsy or our contact info for more information.

Customized orders / Do you offer engraving?

All of our items are made of gold. We have different gold purity options 10k, 14k and 18k gold, for you to choose among. Other options such as 9k and 22k are also available but requires longer production time. Please message us for further information on available materials. You can customize your ring by choosing from different gold colors, gemstones, carat weights or band widths. We have many different models with polished, matte, milgrain, ice-matte, hammer, stardust, paintbrush finishes. You can look at our shop to see the different models. We offer complementary engraving for most of our rings but due to the nature of some products, engraving might not be possible. We strongly recommend you to contact us to sort out the details.

On Etsy, we accept most forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards and Paypal. You can also pay through Klarna with interest-free installments.
