Is commercial licensing included?

Absolutely! Both personal and commercial licensing are included...with one exception. You cannot resell, share, or redistribute my original digital design files.

The design is not loading into my program, what do I do?

Please take note of the corresponding programs and files below: SVG - Cricut Design Space, Brother Scan N Cut, Silhouette Designer Edition DXF - Silhouette Studio EPS - Make The Cut, also for vector use in several design programs. PNG - For printing and web use. PNG is a universal file format. Some of the most used programs include Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, Paint (PC), Preview (Mac), etc. A free, web-based program option is Google Docs. You will need to resize the PNG image to the size needed within these programs. If you are still experiencing problems, please send me a message on Etsy, I will help the best I can.

I changed my mind on my purchase, can I return or exchange it?

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of the file I do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges. I do try to help the best I can if you are experiencing problems with your download.

I cannot find my download, now what?

You should have received the download link in the order confirmation email from Etsy. This is something I have no control over. Be sure to check your junk mail folder within the email account associated with your Etsy account. Another way to find your download is to log into your Etsy account, then click on "Purchases" under the "Your Account" menu. The download will appear under past purchases. Some of my design bundles exceed the maximum file size allowed for downloads via Etsy. In those scenarios, you will download a PDF file containing a link to a secure Google Drive folder where you can download the design files.

My payment isn't processing, what do I do?

This is another thing that Etsy controls and I do not. Your quickest and best solution is to contact Etsy, especially when the order reflects “Processing”. If you message me, I can tell you whether it went through or not or if it’s still processing but that's the extent of what I can do. I cannot push through or refund orders that say “processing”, so if it’s doing this, please contact Etsy customer service. Another way to verify if the order went through is to look on your Etsy account under "Purchases".
