We inspect stitching and zippers during production, document every item with photos before packing, and perform a final functional test prior to dispatch. To ensure longevity, please follow these stuffing instructions: Our inserts feature adjustable filling. If the insert feels overfilled, remove a small amount of filling before closing the zipper. Never force the zipper under excessive pressure, as this may cause derailment or damage. Please note that zipper damage resulting from improper handling or overstuffed filling is the buyer's responsibility. Handle these unique vintage textiles with care to preserve their authentic character for years.

All items are measured in centimeters and converted to inches. Because each pillow cover is handmade, slight measurement variations may occur.

We gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items should be sent back in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the listing policy. Each pillow cover is handmade in Turkey using vintage rugs that I personally collect from villages across Anatolia. After sourcing each textile, I carefully wash it with organic shampoos, clean, repair, and sun-dry it before transforming it into a unique pillow cover. This process gives new life to old weavings and turns every piece into a special handmade home accent with authentic vintage soul.

Because every pillow is made from a genuine vintage rug, no two are exactly alike. Small differences in color, pattern, and texture are part of what makes each extra long pillow, long lumbar pillow, and Turkish rug pillow truly unique. Most textiles are approximately 30–60 years old and were originally handwoven using wool and cotton.
