Cards and stickers are sent via First Class Mail, which uses Etsy's tracking system through Pitney Bowes which is not accurate. Orders to the continental U.S. will be marked complete when they are in the mail and should arrive within 7-10 days, depending on your location. If you want more accurate tracking or need your sticker or card faster, please send me a message! Cards going outside the continental U.S. can take between 14 to 30 days, depending on location.

Select RUSH production on your order for an additional $5. Adding this option to your order will ensure that your order goes out into the mail within 24 hours. THIS ONLY AFFECTS THE PRODUCTION TIME: delivery will still take the normal USPS delivery time, 3-5 business days for continental US orders.

For example:

You order a card on Monday and pay for RUSH ORDER.
Card will be in the mail first thing Tuesday
USPS takes delivery
Card will be delivered Thursday or Friday.

Please note that once USPS has the package (you will see that it is out of the "Pre-Transit status" in the tracking information) it is out of my hands when you get it. There is no refund for orders once they are out of "pre-transit status", though I will work with you anyway I reasonably can to make sure that you are not out your hard-earned money or a card! (We're not monsters here! ;-) )
