At this time, we do not offer customization for designs.

I've purchased the design, which file do I print?

Once you determine which frame you'd like to use for the design, look at the chart on the last listing photo or in the product description. Choose the file labeled "16x20" for frame sizes 16"x20" or 8"x10". Choose the file labeled "18x24" for frame sizes 18"x24" or 12"x16". Choose the file labeled "11x14" for frame size 11"x14". If you do not see your desired size listed, please message us before purchasing and we will be happy to resize the design for you.

What kind of paper should I use?

Heaviest is best for all sizes. We recommend using card stock (or similar) for smaller prints. For large format prints, we recommend using the heaviest paper that the print shop or online print service has available.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you're unhappy with your purchase, please message us directly so we can work to make it right for you.
