► WALLPAPERS

All sizes that you can see in the drop down menu are respectively width x height of a wall. Wallpapers will be divided into several rolls - their amount and width depends on the width of a wallpaper.
Wallpapers are matte and don't contain any metallic or shiny effects. Gold or silver looking areas will not shine.

► DISCLAIMER

Images displayed are for references only and may not reflect the exact size. Check out the drop down menu to see the available sizes. Colors may appear different on your monitor depending on your settings.


► SAMPLE

Sample can be ordered through the same listing as the pattern that interests you (drop down menu). 1x sample consists of: a preview of wallpaper and a fragment of the wallpaper up close (100% zoom). Sample size is approx 29.7x84cm/11.7x33". Sample allows you to see in person quality of print, colors, texture and you can also test if self adhesive works with the surface you want to apply the wallpaper on.

► SHIPPING

Please make sure that your address is 100% correct and there are no mistakes. We are not responsible to re-ship if your address has changed from that on your account. Leave your phone number in the personalization section - that will help the carrier to deliver your order.


► INSTALLATION

It is recommended that you apply wallpaper to surfaces that have been painted with an eggshell or satin finish.
Don't use additional glue for self adhesive (peel and stick) wallpaper.
For traditional vinyl paper I recommend using a paste dedicated for non woven wallpapers.
If you're not sure you can do this yourself, you can ask a professional to install the wallpaper.

► CUSTOMS

IMPORTANT: In some countries like USA, Canada, Australia or United Kingdom customs may charge an import tax. As a seller I'm not responsible for it and don't cover the taxes that may apply in a given country.
Please note that for shipments to the United States, a minimum charge of US$17, along with a customs duty equal to 20% of the order value, will be applied during delivery.

► CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS/EXCHANGES

As we try to fullfill the orders as soon as possible, you can ask to cancel the order within 1 hour of purchase - once the order is printed it can't be cancelled. For this reason, we kindly ask you to make thoughtful purchases.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted as we print wallpapers on order and don't reship them. However please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

I bought one mural first just to try it out. I put it in the alcove at one side of the fireplace. It was stunning. I then painted the room based on the colours in the mural and I was thrilled with the result. I then ordered a second mural for the other side of the fireplace. The quality of this mural is excellent. I never used self adhesive murals before. I made every mistake in the book with the first mural. I had to peel it back off the wall numerous times. It never stretched or got bent out of shape. I am absolutely thrilled with this product. It is classy and has completely transformed my sitting room. Highly recommend this mural. It is beautiful.
