Safety:

-My plushies are not suitable for children due to small parts. They are handmade items, so they do not have safety testing or labels. The recommended age is 14+. If a plush is given to a child below this age, safety is the responsibility of the adult.

Care instrucions:

- Remove dust with a dry cloth or lint roller.
- Spot clean only with a lukewarm damp cloth. Brush the fabric in the direction of the pile using a toothbrush or small comb and then leave to air dry.
- Not suitable for machine washing!
- Plushies are fine for cuddling but may not withstand rough handling due to hand stitched parts.

I offer smaller items like keychains with international standard shipping to make things more affordable. This does NOT include any tracking. Tracking is available as an upgrade on checkout.

Most of my items include international tracking by default. So far, the only ones with optional tracking are Ditto plush and any keychains. Check the item descriptions if you are unsure.

If you are overseas and have not received your plush after 4 weeks, please let me know, I will help with your order. For UK orders, please contact me after 10 business days.

Please ensure your address is correct! If an item is returned to me due to an incorrect address or wasn't picked up from the post office, only the item value will be refunded.

I do not do personalised orders or commissions through Etsy. Please use the custom options already available in some listings, such as colour or expression.

Adding a small note to an order is fine. This can be put in as a note on checkout.
