Skylark on the Farm

After seeing so many Skylarks and hearing their beautiful songs, I was inspired to make a linocut of one.

Each design is drawn by hand straight onto the lino block or in my sketchbook, then I use specialist tools to hand carve the lino. The lino is inked with a roller, and then impressed onto paper by hand using a Baren.

These prints are individually hand printed and each one will have minor variations and imperfections, part of the charm of lino printing.

Printed using Caligo Safe Wash Ink in forest green onto gorgeous Zerkall Smooth White Paper 145gsm.

The print is signed and dated by myself in pencil and will come to you in a cellophane wrapper and board backed envelope marked 'Do Not Bend'.

The print will be sent signed and sent via Royal Mail 1st class Tracked.

International shipping will be posted using Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery.
