Return and Exchange Policy:

I support returns and exchanges! However, returns for non-quality issues need to be requested within 7 days and a labor and stocking fee of 30% of the total purchase price will be deducted from each ring. The following items do not support returns or exchanges: 1. Customized orders 2. Full eternity rings 3. Engraved rings 4. Rings smaller than a US 3 and larger than a US 9 5. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Orders can be canceled free of charge within 48 hours, if canceled after 48 hours, a 30% deduction will be applied to the cost of labor and materials for each ring.

Warranty and Maintenance

We provide a free three-month warranty, which includes complimentary repair of any loose accent stones. Repairs for the main stone and any repairs required after the three-month period will be subject to a service charge. Jewelry Care Tips: 1. Avoid impact from external forces, as it may cause the jewelry to deform. 2. Avoid chemicals (e.g., cosmetics, hand sanitizers). 3. Avoid high temperatures. 4. Avoid water contact (pearls, opals, and turquoise may have adhesive, so it's best to keep them dry). 5. When not wearing, it's recommended to store it back in the jewelry box.

We offer installment payment options, interest-free! Production of your piece will commence once you've paid 50% of the installment plan; the package will be shipped upon completion of full payment. Cancellation of the ring during production is not allowed, otherwise, you will be required to pay 20% of the total order amount for labor and materials.

Production Time and Expedited Orders:

1. The general production time is 2-3 weeks, logistics need about 1 week, so the total time need 3-4 weeks; 2. We can provide expedited service for an additional charge of $60. We will prioritize expedited production for you, and will usually complete the order within 2 weeks. 3. When you place a rush order, please contact me with the desired arrival time so that I can better predict if it can be delivered within the specified time!

We support customization, and you are welcome to come in with ideas and have a conversation with me!

We offer engraving services up to 20 letters.

We support making hand size larger than 9US for an additional fee. Feel free to contact me!
