Can I get a refund if my item arrives after the date I need to use it or later than the estimated arrival date?

If the item was processed and shipped prior to the promised processing times, no refund will be issued. Unfortunately, once the item leaves our shop and is shipped, we have no control over how quickly the USPS moves. Please be sure to leave yourself plenty of time from when your item is ordered until you need to use it.

How long is a custom price quote valid for?

All price quotes expire thirty (30) days after the date the price was quoted unless Seller receives and accepts Buyer's order within that period. Prior to the expiration date any price quote is subject to change by Seller at any time upon written notice to Buyer, unless Seller receives and accepts Buyer’s order within the aforementioned validity period.
