I'm located in the US, do I need to pay taxes?

There are no duty fees or taxes due on delivery! Due to a trade agreement between Israel and the US, you don't need to pay anything in addition

- Standard shipping - 9-18 days once the package has been sent. Tracking isn't available except for departure. - Eco post - 6-10 days to arrive once the package has been sent. Full tracking. - DHL or EMS - 3-7 days to arrive once the package has been sent. * Please note that we still need 1-5 days to process the order. That's in addition to delivery times. - You can choose to upgrade the shipping options when checking out.

ETSY tracking doesn't show anything on the pacakge, what do I do?

ETSY's tracking isn't perfectly synced with the Israeli post services, and the information appearing isn't always correct. The faster options are traceable online, and the standard will only show departure. We've been working with the Israeli post for a decade, and it's very reliable. Packages always arrive unless something very rare has happened, in which case you'll be fully reimbursed.

Are your items Nickel, Lead and Cadmium free?

Our products are Nickel free, Lead free and Cadmium free, and meet the strict requirements of the US and EU regulators. The only exceptions on these are the Matte Gold and Gunmetal plated products (less than 0.5% of our collection), which contain nickel and while allowed for use in the US, do not meet the EU requirements.

I'm in the EU, does your products include VAT?

We are unable to charge for VAT. You will be responsible for any associated VAT and handling charges that are levied by your government or postal service.

Do you make custom items?

Yes, we do! Custom pieces can be made but only in wholesale quantities. Depending on the item material, design and manufacturing needed we will provide prices, minimum quantity required and time table. Just contact us and let us know what you have in mind

Do you have items available that are not on ETSY?

Yes, we do! We have thousands of additional items not presented on ETSY due to fees and charges reuqired to upload them. You can find them and a lot more on www.zdp-findings.com

Can you Track my item?

That depends on the shipping service you've chosen. - Standard shipping will only show departure. Route tracking is unavailable. - The faster services do have full tracking.

HOW TO CHOOSE & SET IT
- Match the cup to your stone measured in mm (a 6mm round stone needs a 6mm round cup). Measure the actual stone, as cabochons often run a hair off.
- Wall height matters: a high (regular) wall gives enough metal to fold over a domed or faceted stone; a low (flat) wall suits shallow, flat-backed stones and inserts.
- Loops decide how it connects: no loop for posts, rings or gluing; 1 loop for a pendant; 2 loops (a connector) to link into a bracelet or necklace.
Made in our own workshop from 14/20 gold-filled. Nickel, lead and cadmium free.

Product is good but I continue to have shipping problems with this shop. Almost Two weeks after date of purchase order still wasn't shipped. It was finally shipped when I contacted shop. Same thing occurred last couple of purchases. It took almost a month for my order to arrive. I see all the perfect reviews and am wondering if this is only happening to me

I have purchased from this shop 4 times during the last 2 months. Each package was shipped with a significant delay and with missing/wrong items. The findings I have purchased were for custom orders I got from my clients. Not receiving in time the items purchased from this shop affected my credibility as a seller. If I could give a zero star review, I would.
