Lost or stolen packages will not be refunded or replaced. Once a package is dropped off at USPS, Trendy Luxe is not liable for that package. We do not have any control over USPS, nor do we have any control over any package that may have been stolen. If your package is marked as delivered from USPS and you cannot locate it, please reach out to your local postal office for assistance. We do not have any additional information other than what is available on USPS.com.

Trendy Luxe is NOT RESPONSIBLE for delays caused by USPS. We have zero control over their delivery schedules and/or time frames. We have options when checking out to upgrade your order. If you choose not to upgrade to UPS, Priority Mail or add insurance to your order, please understand that we are not responsible for any shipping carrier incidents. No refund will be issued due to delays or delays resulting in lost packages.

We will gladly accept any item you wish to return. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the original total (per item returned). The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipping cost is non-refundable and will not be included in the total refunded.
