While I will do my best to process orders much faster than the ship by date, the 3-4 week ship by date is the longest your order will take to ship. If you need an item quicker, please contact me prior to purchasing an item to see if a faster turn around can be arranged.

While orders usually arrive quicker, US mail can take 1-2 weeks to arrive. International mail and customs may take up to 2 months. If an item has not arrived after this amount of time from the ship date, please contact me.

Within reason, most items can be resized. Please contact me prior to purchase to inquire about the availability of resizing. I do not accept resizing or customization at all times. Please contact me for availability.

Unfortunately, we are unable to mail to any mailing address other than the address on the order. Please make sure to check and ensure this address is correct before ordering. If you purchase to an address that is not the correct one, please contact me as soon as possible to rectify this.

I do not combine orders during big sale weekends. Please contact me as soon as possible in order to see the availability of combining orders. Make sure you send me a separate etsy message (not in order notes) with the order number of both orders.

If your order is anything less than a 5star order, please contact me in order to rectify the situation. Items may contain slight flaws and while I do my best to catch any imperfections, I occasionally miss some. Please send me detailed pictures of the items that are flawed in an etsy message. I will happily correct the issue!
