Customers must ship the item back to the seller within 14 days of receipt. If the item is shipped outside of this 14-day return window, we charge an extra restocking fee of 10% of the item's value.

I thought I was getting a completed hat it was not it was a pre-formed blank. This was my fault. I did not read the complete description! It was written right there! The "blank" is well formed and will be easy to finish off, so that's what I will do!
