All of the frames shown in product photos are either handmade or vintage finds from my personal collection.

Do you offer wholesale or trade discounts?

Art prints found at the Heirloom Print Shop are priced very competitively and because of this I don't offer wholesale or trade discounts.

Can I use the art in your shop for Commercial purposes?

Art obtained from the Heirloom Print Shop is not to be used for commercial purposes. Sharing or distributing art prints, downloadable files, or documents you receive from Heirloom Print Shop LLC is strictly prohibited. Refer to the Terms of Use for more information.

I purchased a digital file from another shop; can you print my art?

Yes! Purchase here: www.etsy.com/listing/913776475/ Every digital file will be vetted before printing to guarantee that there will be no blurriness or pixelation issues.

If I purchased a digital download, can you print it instead?

Yes! This question is asked often. If you purchased a digital download and later decide you would rather have an Heirloom print, a refund will be issued for the digital download upon purchase of a physical print.

Can you create a custom size for me?

Custom sized art is available for physical, mailed prints only. Digital downloads come in the following standard frame sizes only: 5x7, 8x10, 9x12, 11x14, 16x20.

How do I print my digital downloads?

You can print your digital art using a home printer, local or online photo stores like Costco, Staples, Walgreens, or Target. For troubleshooting issues, it’s best to reach out to your chosen print store for additional help!

How long can I access my digital downloads?

Digital downloads are available to access until 2 years after the purchase date.

This print was well worth the wait from the states to the UK. I am delighted with the quality of the high print of this landscape image on the textured paper from Heirlooms. The print is an exact match with the image displayed and the colors are rich and vibrant. I am happy with the way the dark color contrast of the print works well against the gold gilded picture frame. It highlights it well. A print which evokes a lot of emotion with it's portrayal of a dark , rustic landscape setting! (Apologies for the photo appearing the wrong way round).
