Entirely made with new fabric from factory leftovers, this bedspread was weaved according to our grandmothers traditional method without a thread in the middle. This catalogne will bring you comfort and well-being for many years. Several hours were required to make this unique piece. It is easy to maintain, just machine wash and hang to dry.

Victim of his own success. A French-Canadian heritage that is lost in the era of industrialization. I owned one during my childhood which came from my grandmother. Unfortunately, when we are young, we don't always realize the treasures we have. Imagine my surprise when I found a result for <<catalonia>> on google. In fact, this catalonia is so beautiful and well made that I don't dare put it on my bed at the moment. I would almost like to display it in a window so that this moment lasts over time or to make a reserve of several copies in the event of a breakage. I fear that this Art will not last or perhaps it will be the opposite in the face of this local and sustainable purchasing movement. Who can know. THANKS.

Victime de son succès. Un héritage canadien-français qui se perd à l'ère de l'industrialisation. J'en ai possédé une durant mon enfance qui, elle, provenait de ma grand-mère. Malheureusement, lorsqu'on est jeune, on ne réalise pas toujours les trésors que l'on possède. Imaginez ma surprise lorsque j'ai trouvé un résultat à <<catalogne>> sur google. En fait, cette catalogne est tellement belle et bien confectionnée que je n'ose l'installer sur mon lit pour le moment. Je voudrais presque l'exposer dans une vitrine afin que ce moment dure dans le temps ou bien en faire une réserve de plusieurs exemplaires dans le cas d'un bris. Je crains que cet Art ne perdure pas ou peut-être, ce sera l'inverse devant ce mouvement d'achat local et durable. Qui peut savoir. Merci.
