Please send me a message through Etsy with your pets photos and their name so we can get started as soon as possible! Check below for the photo requirements.

Photos need to be:
- as clear as possible, so that I can completely match your pets fur color and unique markings.
- show your pets full head.
- have good lighting (Preferably NOT in direct sunlight - this makes your pet look white)

Delivery:
I will send a photo of the finished embroidery before I post it to you so you can see what your portrait will look like. All orders are sent from the UK with fully tracked and signed shipping.
