These bands are made from highly resilient adaptive
jelly that can withstand rigorous workouts.
What makes these different than the cloth resistance bands is that you can utilize them more for your upper body and core workouts due to it's slightly narrow structure. They are also easy to wipe down so don't even stress throwing them in the washer!
Unlike the thin flimsy rubber mini-bands, these jelly bands won't roll and they will stay in place on your thighs. The jelly bands will also last longer due and don't wear down as fast as the mini rubber bands.
As a trainer, I use these bands for all my clients at the gym and I share some of the movements you can perform with them on my Tik Tok and Instagram (@bunsbuilder)
