I would love to make custom and personalization jewelry for you, please feel free to contact me for more details.

I need 2-3 weeks to make most of the rings and make them ready for shipping, all of the rings are handmade to orders. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

We offer the engraving for an extra charge of $2, please leave a message in the order for engraving content.

I offer "rush order service" with an additional $50 which guarantees delivery within 14 business days. Please contact me if you would like to upgrade to rush order.

Explanation of installment fee collection

I will collect the first fee according to the order amount. For orders with an amount greater than or equal to $1000, I will charge 20%; for orders less than $1000, I will charge $100. I will ship the goods to you after receiving all the payments, and I support a maximum payment cycle of 6 months You pay a minimum of $100 per month in installments"

If you place an order but feel the need to think about it again, I suggest you consider it clearly within 48 hours, because I offer handmade spot goods, and I will purchase production materials within 48 hours after you place the order. Therefore, if you want to cancel the order after more than 48 hours, I will charge a certain fee, 20% for orders over $1000 and $100 for orders under $1000.

Return and exchange policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. All unworn products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days, except for custom or personalized orders. Return conditions If there is a product quality problem, we support a full refund or exchange. If there is no quality problem, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. You are responsible for any loss in value if the product is not returned in original condition. Customs and import taxes

Depending on your country of residence, your local postal service may require additional customs/taxes on orders. These fees are due on delivery. I have no ability to pre-charge for these fees and they are the responsibility of the purchaser. I recommend you review the import rules of your home country to estimate these fees before purchase.

What is the difference between the One Year Warranty and the Lifetime Warranty we offer?

One Year Warranty: This refers to from the date of your purchase of jewelry, we promise that within one year if there is any quality problem with the product due to non-human reasons, we will provide free repair, replacement and other services. Lifetime Warranty: This refers to the permanent commitment we give to the jewelry you purchased. This means as long as you hold the product, if you find any non-human caused quality issues with the jewelry during usage(e.g., manufacturing defects, poorly set gems that come off immediately after purchase), we will take responsibility for free repair or replacement. However, for product issues caused by human factors (e.g., severe knocks causing the gems to break), you need to pay for repair costs.
