I can not even find the words to express the value of this product and the beautiful additions added to my purchase. The extras... samples of linens, product cards, linen care cards, and so tastefully wrapped! All natural wrapping even with cinnamon sticks for that extra touch. The pillow case covers are beyond excellent... the material quality is above top quality, and the stitching is AMAZING! If you are looking for linen products, please order from here. It is unfortunate that you could not understand how to use the pillowcase - envelope and immediately put a negative review without contacting me. When I contacted you and explained how to use the pillowcase, you promised to check it and write me the result. I am responsible for my product. Perhaps, making sure you were wrong, you preferred not to contact me anymore and not get in touch. It is very strange..... My main desire is a satisfied customer and I want every purchase to be a joy in the end.
