Missing, Delayed or Marked delivered but no package

Any delivery issues, please immediately contact your local post office. They may be holding your packages or misplaced it or delivered it to another mailbox. Contact your local post asap and provide them with the tracking number included with your order. Due to our current situation, packages are extremely arriving late or missing. I encourage you to file for missing package or contact your local USPS asap. They may be able to give you more information in finding your package. Please understand that I cannot be held responsible for any issue with your packages once its been marked “ACCEPTED or USPS Picked Up Item” by the USPS as I have no control over it anymore. Care Instructions & Materials

Charms and other metal beads are not made of real silver and may experience discoloration overtime when exposed to any harsh chemicals and water. Please remove before putting cologne or perfumes, washing, swimming, showering, & etc. Some cords I use are not water-resistant unless it is indicated on the description as "waterproof". • wax-coated cords are waterproof and fade resistant • nylon cords (not waterproof) may fray and fade overtime. If you prefer to wash it, you may do so gently by hand and air dry only. Do not wash frequently as the knots will unravel quickly. Please use extra care to prolong the life of your jewelry. RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Since my products are all custom handmade and with our current situation, I will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. For refunds, this will be a case to case basis only. If I mailed a wrong product or missing a product that you ordered, I will give refunds as long as we agreed to it. If package is delivered but no physical package, i will not issue a refund. Please be sure to ask questions before placing your orders. Thanks!

Colors may appear darker or lighter on different monitors or devices. Please contact me if you need any additional photos or any inquiries.

Delivered but no physical package

Please contact your local post regarding this matter as I am no longer able to help out once it arrives in your local city or local post office. This is beyond my control anymore. Again, once it is accepted by my local post, I cannot control what they would do or when it will arrive. I can only try to guide or help you out if you want to file a claim with USPS. Other than that, I am no longer have the means to find your package. I will not replace or send any refunds when this type of issue happens. Again, I will not be held responsible. Thank you.

Light colored cord or thread Stains

Please be aware that light colored cords or threads will have a yellowish/darkened color stains on the parts like ends and sliding knots due to the melting process. I do melt the ends securely to avoid any unraveling and it does help make it sturdier. I do not use any glue at all. If you have an issue with it, please let me know. I do try to avoid it as much as I can but majority of the time, it is unavoidable. Thank you! 😊

RETURN TO SENDER or RTS packages

If I received a returned package, I will contact you asap and will inform you if you still need me to resend it back to you. But please be aware that I will be charging the regular shipping fee of the USPS (higher than what I do charge on your Etsy order).
